INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, property address or postcode, service requirements, preferred appointment details and anything you include in an enquiry. If you book, we may also keep quotation, appointment, access-arrangement, invoice, payment-status and service records. Please do not send alarm codes, key locations or other sensitive access information through the website form.
HOW WE USE IT.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver cleaning services, communicate about appointments, maintain business and accounting records, handle concerns and protect our legal rights.
We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and safeguarding the business. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH.
We may share only the information necessary with trusted providers that support our website, email, administration or professional services, and with insurers, advisers, payment providers or public authorities where reasonably required. We do not sell personal information.
If a provider processes information outside the UK, we use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and suitable safeguards where required.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including responding to enquiries, providing services and meeting tax, insurance or legal requirements.
